1st Parkrun Tomorrow, whats your routines.

I am doing my first parkrun tomorrow and of course am very nervous.

I graduated last friday and today a week later have only done my first run since a steady 2.5k becouse i have been on holiday. I took the running gear and planned 2 holiday runs but wasnt able due to a accident i had which resulted in me knocking my self out on a toilet (fell onto it) and got a massive head wound for it.

But whats your parkrun morning routines ? What you eat, drink, do before he run.

I did my first Park Run last week and combined with with 9 1. I've since graduated. Personally, I just got out of bed and went without taking a drink - this was a mistake! I'm doing Park Run again this week and plan to take a bottle of water, but don't intend to eat. I'll probably have a banana or something light - saving breakfast for when I'm back home.

hydration on friday then a banana or porridge at 7am saturday morning.

That was quite a stag do Daz! Lol my graduation run is on Sunday and then I’ll be hitting the park run so good luck 💪🏼
