I am on W7 R2. Following my last run over a week ago I suffered pain in my ankle and lots of swelling. I have been resting and icing it ever since. Saw a physio today who said it’s as a result of tight hip flexes. Have lots of exercises and he gave me a ‘nice ‘ massage. Feeling so much better already so hopefully be back out running again very soon. Never thought I would say I am missing going for a run!

Good to hear that you’re healing well, and also that the running addiction has claimed you... I’m still amazed how much I want to run when I can’t... mainly because I still get the odd day when I should but don’t want to! Have a wonderful comeback run when it comes.
