I’ve just realised I will be starting my wk5 on Thursday but won’t be able to do run 2 until next Tuesday.

Will I find that a real struggle.? I will be walking a lot over those days

I wouldn't think so, but I'm sure the more experienced runners will offer their advice.

Just wanted to.wish you luck for w5

I heard when I started it takes two weeks to lose the stamina you have built up. When you do run 2 take it slow and easy and you will be fine.

Ok cool. It’s so annoying as I’m well into my routine now, but can’t be helped.

As the guide to the plan healthunlocked.com/couchto5... states, you will lose next to no condition in the first two weeks of non running.....you will be fine.

You’ll be fine. If anything the extra rest days will give you fresh legs. Enjoy.
