Feeling great, completed run last night, wasn’t sure I would manage the second 5 minutes but slowed it down and carried on. Reminder to self this is a great achievement, 3 weeks ago couldn’t climb 2 flights of stairs without stopping due to a chest infection.

Yay! This running is as much about mental stamina as physical! I don't think I've ever talked to myself so much 😂

well done! what an improvement. it's great that you managed to slow it down and carry on to the end.

I regularly beat myself up mentally, lol, if I weren't mad to begin with I would be now!
