Week 6 run 1

AlMorr - you were right. I found this a little tough although I was running against the Norfolk Coast wind 💨. I did it though and thought the last run was the best and seemed to be the quickest.

Anyone else get so elated afterwards? My husband says I get verbal diarrhoea afterwards🤣🤣🤣

Congratulations on running run 1 of week 6, sorry about the wind but that part of the country is very bracing due to the vicinity of the North Sea, more people are elated after run 3 of week 5 than any other run on C25K apart from run 3 of week 9.

Like the bit you say about verbal diarrhoea, I would imagine that you tell your husband about your runs speaking at around 200 words a minute, goodness knows how you will feel the day you graduate. 😊 🏃

AlMorr he’s there with me but I still go on and on 🙄 he’s 2 weeks behind me as he had a little injury. So I’m a bit smug 😂😂
