Well done!! You must be well chuffed!
Well done what an achievement 😊😊
Hiccups are just that... and you banished that one perfectly. Congratulations on a great run.
Somewhere during that 6k, my Garmin watch tells me I did a PB for 5k at 36:50, so can't really complain at all.
That’s awesome... congratulations on that one.
To say I was pleasantly surprised would be putting it mildly.
I had a surprise today too, guided 10 k run, I was coached to ease off the effort at 8k... it was a fun run, much easier than the last one... and when it was done it was 5 minutes quicker than my first one!
I'm trying to get myself up to an hour by the time the 2019/20 season starts in August. I'm sort of following JuJu's plan but doing distance for the 4k and 5k runs, and doing the time for the longer one. The idea being that in 5-6 weeks, I'll stretch that long run from the 45 mins I did today, out to an hour. Not fussed about how far I run, I just have set my goal at getting to the hour mark.
Sounds like a very good plan... you’ll be there for sure. Our goals have a different focus but the end results will be very similar. I’m a couple of weeks of starting my HM training, and I’d best see some Manchester United players out there, they need to learn to run! By the time your seasons starts you’re going to be in awesome shape.
