I had a dream the other night or possibly a nightmare 😭.
I dreamt that I was running along and my running leggings split! 😮 thank goodness it was only a dream. I must have woken in a cold sweat 😂
I just wondered if you amazing runners have any funny/ embarrassing running moments you would like to share with us all. Obviously we’re like one big running family 🙄.

One 'dream' that I and many runners here on this site have is to run a sub 30 minute 5K, even it was ran in 29 minutes.59 .9 seconds that would be a great thing.
I am rerunning some of the shorter runs of C25K but tomorrow is the last day of the shorter runs, it will be a rerun of run 3 of week 5 on Saturday and then onto the longer runs, after the 30 minute run of week 9 then I'll once again try and go for the full 5K distance.
Glad that was only a dream regarding your leggings.

Funny you say that! I dreamt last night I was being assessed for new trainers and had huge sprouts of long hairs popping out from my shins and calves like weeds I was mortified lol

Yikes! 😂 it’s funny what we dream up isn’t it? Luckily it’s not happened in reality. I’ve not fallen head in to cow pat or fallen in to a puddle yet either. Fingers crossed I dodge them. 🤣

Men particularly if they have hairy legs or feet is a sign of good circulation of the heart so I read in a recent report about general circulation about heart conditions.
Erm... learning the importance of going to the loo (cough 😳) before setting off - then how knackered I am sprinting back home!

I turned up to my exercise class at the gym with my leggings on inside out. Label on the outside! A kind lady whispered in my ear that they were on inside out. I had time to go in to the toilet to adjust them!!😆

No, I was sprawled on my face in the middle of the running track, covered in grass stains! I had this idea I’d be like Jessica Ennis-Hill and tried so hard my legs couldn’t keep up with my competitiveness 🤦♀️
Ha ha, you dreamed your leggings split, I've dreamed I've gone to parkrun with no leggings on at all! Nothing on my bottom half! And another time wearing flip-flops...

Doing a Swiss ball exercise class (first and last I might add) I was by an open door (as it was so hot) adjacent to car park....one of the positions I was supposed to do didn’t quite go as planned as I flew off and the ball flew out the door and hit a car driving past !! Mortified !!!

I once saw a gymnast go flying out if a fire escape door at Meadowbank after not controlling his landing off a vault: there was a collective gasp... and then he stepped back in and presented to the judges! He wasn’t injured so was hilarious! This made me think of that!
