1st charity 5K 🏃‍♀️🤗

Just over a year since I started C25K having done no running ever, I did the 5K at Edinburgh Marathon Festival on Saturday - it was a wonderful experience, and I was 3rd out of 6 over-70 women!! Still on a high, and looking for my next 5K - will of course do parkrun next Saturday!

It’s a very beautiful course, but with a relentless hill early on! Then it’s flat or downhill all the way home!
