I use the Public Health England C25K app. It's great, and so far foolproof. But it just gives you timings and some coaching.
I would really like to be able to plan running routes (with voice directions) and track/log myself on GPS for later review. Bonus if it records Fitbit heart rate data. Preferably one app, but as long as they play well together, I don't mind. Android, by the way.
What app(s) would people recommend for this?

A word of caution... a good deal of time and energy is put in on this forum soothing and encouraging those who have started to use tracking before graduation and have been confused or dismayed by their results. Maybe those who find it helpful just don't post about it but the overwhelming experience at your stage seems to be negative.
(I have a Fitbit Charge 3 for HR (it does track my runs but I largely ignore that), free Runkeeper for tracking runs, and good old Ordnance survey maps for route planning)
Interesting point. I can understand the concern; I guess it’s easy to get disheartened if you don’t see a steady increase in speed and distance.
But I am a bit of a health monitoring fan so I quite like to have the stats and make what informed decisions I can, and provide that data to professionals so they can make better decisions. I also have a Charge 3, which is ok.
However, I was mainly looking for a route planner that would give voice directions, and preferably have logging built in. I have just started running in a local park, and I wanted to plan some circular routes to keep it interesting.
I use Strava on the advice of a triathlete friend.
I love it because it shows distance and pace. It shows improvements, personal bests etc and I find it really encouraging. It works very well alongside the C25K app 😊
