Well I was worried about doing week 4 so much so that I redid week3 and still found the 3 minutes running but bit the bullet today and did it , if anything I found the 5 mins easier, onwards and upwards. Although I still love it when Sarah says I can stop 🤣

Well done and 👏🏼👏🏼 for your courage in moving on. Trust the Programme - it’s been tested. 😊 No harm in repeats, but I in fact found it easier after I got to W4. The first 5 minutes is still the worst for me, even as a graduate. It takes me that long to settle and then my body seems to give in and move to another gear. 🤪 Much better after that! It used to be called getting your second wind, I think. So - onwards and ... well, onwards! 👍
