FInally Graduated

After a holiday pause, finally did Run3 of Week 9 today and proud to say I have graduated. Coped okay with the 30 minute runs, but did go for a Jeffing 5k with a friend in the week and think this will be the running for me as I finally got the love of running...still aiming to consolidate tho and see what happens
