WOOHOO! How amazing do I feel. Finally graduated C25K. Took slightly longer than nine weeks to complete because of illness, work and time away. Towards the end of the programme and the recent bout of hot weather meant that I found running only twice a week worked best for me. Also decided to run before breakfast today which went well, no aches, stitch or tiredness. Will definitely be trying that time of day again. Have loved/hated every moment of the programme, but I'm so glad I did it. I'm a convert, π for running, now that's something I never thought I'd say!
Thank you for everyone's help and support!

Congratulations Fioona another convert, it really does get easier now, a few weeks consolidation of the 30 min runs and then decide what you want to do next and I think a lot of people feel the same about the early morning run, especially with the weather the way it is at the moment.
Enjoy the graduation feeling and get your well deserved badge! ππΎπππ
Well Done! Especially when it's been hard and you didn't give in. Take a well-deserved spot on that podium! πΎπ₯πππ π«πββοΈπ«πππππ
Well done and many congratulations, I've just graduated this morning a week or two later than the 9 weeks due to sore boobs and heat!! BUT now I need to know where I can get the badge as proof!!
