Wow that was warm. Good though. Ran further round the course before mj said that's it you've ran for a full 28 mins so unofficially I did 5k in just over 39 mins and a pb for the park run, with a little sprint at the end

Wonderful...I'm still at 4k and I'm finished the programme, so that's a real achievement. You must be pleased !

Don’t worry, my final distance will be around 4K too, that’s why we have consolidation. Are you continuing your runs?

I have every intention of continuing though (first post graduation run tomorrow) but I am worried about losing motivation now that I don't have my piece of paper telling me what to do, lol. In things where I lack experience I need instructions lol
