When I graduated a couple of weeks ago I was on 4K. I did my very 1st Park Run last Saturday with my 12 year old. That was always my graduation 👩🎓 plan. Well first 4K were ok but found myself having to Jeff the last km. came in on 37 mins which I was pleased with. Last night joined a running group, ran a full 5.4k and found myself sprinting the last 1/2K coming in first. No idea where that speed after distance came from. Still lots of exploring to do in my running journey.

Brilliant post. You must be so proud. I’m 2 weeks away from graduating and I can’t wait to be where you are. Thank you for sharing!

Oo well done!
The running club sounds great, how often do you run with them? I saw a group of ladies gather on Monday night from the local pub carpark, not sure I’m ready for that yet though, I rather like no pressure of running on my own.
Are you aiming at a longer distance now?

Hi they meet every week for this particular group which is for C25K consolidation. I have crazily signed up to the 5 to 10K group that starts at end of April! I hadn’t run in group before but think it helped me up my pace to keep up!
