‘Rest day’ exercises?

Hello everyone!

Now I’m on week 4 I want to start doing some exercises on the days in-between. Has anyone got a programme or anything they follow, perhaps a runners strength training or something similar?

I have a static bike at my house and a weight bench with some dumbbells - I’m just trying to work out a nice little plan for those other days.

Any ideas would be greatly welcomed!
