Hurrah, w5r1 just done & a big smile on my face when Laura told me I'd done my last run & onto cool down walk. I do find it 75% easier first thing in the morning than after work but can only do this on weekends as already get up at 5am on work days. So pleased with myself 😀🚶♀️🏃♀️😀
