Injury stops running...advice?

I have a pulled muscle in my ribs which isn't dramatic but I don't feel up to more than strolling and not even much of that. Hope by next week it will be better but I will have missed 2 weeks by then (it has been taking me 2 weeks to complete one week as I travel a lot for work but that's worked fine) I was about to do W7R1 - what's the advice around keeping going/repeating? I don't want to lose confidence....
