I completed week 1 this morning and I'm really looking forward to week 2 now. I found the 3rd session of week 1 a little easier than the other 2! I read the links to better running that had been posted on my last post and it really helped. I reduced my stride length and was really deliberate with my feet; trying not to heel strike. It worked as there was far less pain in my left calf this time. Onwards and upwards!
