I had a 'going on holiday' sort of sleep last night, excited and a little apprehensive that everything will be OK, and I dreamt I was living with tortoises! I'm sure this was all down to the much anticipated W5R3!
I went out at 5am, there was a beautiful sunrise and I concentrated on that, I got into a good rhythm and my breathing was OK, I completed the 20 minutes and cried a little bit as I was amazed and jubilant!! I was slow (like a tortoise!) but I couldn't do a whole 60 seconds in week one without walking, so this was such an acheivement... I've read so much on here and it's all so helpful and inspiring! Thank you. Week 6, I'm ready for you!

Well done! Lovely encouraging post 🌺 W5R3 coming up later this week for me, on R2 for today. Good idea to get out for the sunrise, may just do that 😁 happy running and let us know how you get on with week 6.
Thank you, the early mornings suit me, I drove for two hours a couple of hours later and I was a bit worried I wouldn't be able to get out of the car! But I was fine! I hope run 2 went well for you!
Glad you were fine 😂 it would have been rather funny. In a nice way 😂Was going to head out after work - hectic day so home more than a tad late, heading out tomorrow morning.
Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs 🏃 😊
Thank you, and thanks for the advise, I will bear it in mind.
Well done that's fantastic! And it's an incredible feeling isn't it! And the support on this group is second to none. I've been trying to get a friend to join up today lol not sure if she will but I gave it a good review and will work on her again next time I see her 👍🍀 good luck with week 6 🏃♀️
