W5R3 done, surprisingly

My wife and I ran W5R3 at 7 am this morning. It was a bit warm at 20C, but thats what you get for emigrating, but the feeling when we finished. We could never ever ever have done this a few weeks ago. All you doubters, trust the programme, it definitely work. Bring on week6. Plus the cricket went ok today as well

Well done. That 20 minute run makes you feel you could conquer the world.

It does and I was dubious about attempting it as I hit the wine the night before with a few friends. I did consider W5R2 but at the last moment thought, F*** it, R3 it is, the last 2 mins, OMG, I was suffering, not physically, more mentally

but you did it!

I know, and I (we) will keep on doing it as I know that having done it once if I choose to repeat the same run again (without wine this time) I can do it, simple logic really.

Good work!

After alcohol ensure you stay well hydrated, have water before bed and through the night if you wake up.

Enjoy!
