Feeling a little bit proud of myself for finishing this run, and despite my concerns my lungs didn’t explode! 😂 However, I have a real pain in the back of my shoulder, any ideas what’s caused this? 🤔

Not sure why you have a pain at the back of your shoulder COttlestOne, just hope it goes soon, if not check it out with your doctor.
Congratulations on running run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs, but don't run until your shoulder has recovered or you have seen your doctor.
Tension and excitement.. we hold may hold ourselves tautly.. without even realising it Relax your shoulders, hands, face.. etc.. try to land lightly! I call it kissing the ground with your feet.
You have done this run.. you will do the others... so relax into the longer runs...stat slow, stay slow and let the newly forming running legs start to do what they know best...let them find their happy pace
