Well I started the couch to 5k to help me complete the Race for Life as I was a complete beginner where running was concerned. Sunday I did it, it took me an hour and 25 mins but I made it! Jogged and power walked and we raised over £300❤️
Think I may keep up with this running malarky😆

I might just do that. It’s early days for me, though. Only about to start week 4 but I’m surprised by how much I’m enjoying it as I’ve always hated running before. Now I love it!
I am only on Wk 4 Run 3 and I struggled but I don't like to give in - my family were there cheering me on and my son and some friends did it with me so that helped loads - believe and you can do anything 🏃
