So that's week 8 done, and I'm glad to say ive quite enjoyed it. Dont get me wrong, I still always find every run hard, but I think were supposed to! And once you've done it, you feel so good. Was slightly annoyed with myself today tho, had to stop TWICE to tie my damn lace! But having said that I managed to shave a millisecond off my average pace haha, so must be getting slightly quicker, I have also started listening to an audio book, never listened to one before, and wasn't sure if I'd like it to be honest, but it seems to be helping me run I think. 3 more runs tho π± what will I do without c25k.

You are doing brilliantly - if it was easy peasy, everyone would do it and we'd all be super fit! I must admit that the first five to ten minutes of my runs are a bit "just get through this" and then when my breathing settles down and I find my rhythm, it feels so much better. Enjoy Week 9, and once you have graduated, stick around on here!
You donβt have to give it up straight away - I redid the graduation run multiple times while consolidating my runs - I still needed the encouragement and timings. Agree about audio books and long podcasts - just get lost in thought and happily plod on for ages! Youβre so close now!
