Decided to extend today’s run from 35 to 40 minutes, as part of my ‘I will get to 5k’ plan. Happily my pace settled after the first few minutes n stayed steady and comfortable to the end
Covered 2.56 miles with walking bits and 1.79 miles of running so feeling very happy 😊. This takes my Miles for Mind total to 29.87 miles so I’m well on track to hit my 50 mile target 😃
