My first Parkrun!

Completed my first parkrun this morning, 5K in 31:45, coming 204/459 (25th in my age/gender). Please with that and I now have my first PB to chase!! Planning this week to get some 6-6.5K runs in to continue my 10K prep! Hope everyone has good runs this weekend!

well done.

my local one was cancelled today so went to a new one with a hill.

the hill had to be done twice ! and going down the hill was steep too.

although i jogged all the way i thought my time would be rubbish but it only added 2 min to my pb so i was very pleased and it made my day as 1st in my age category VW60-64.

Each parkrun has its own pb. I have 3 different ones I have got different pbs foe each.
