I found W3R1 a bit tough and had to push myself out of the door this morning. But I got to the end of the second 3 minutes and felt I could do a bit more. So I did! Probably only 45 seconds or so but it felt like progress. Week 4 doesn't seem so daunting now. 😃

Well done on your run, I know it is tempting but it is better for your joints not too push too much in the first couple of weeks, it has been devised to protect and look after your joints as you progress. I’m glad you are enjoying it, I can see you are already getting the running bug 😀.
Thank you - point taken. It was just so exhilarating to get to the end of the 3 minutes and still have a bit of energy left! I'm in it for the long haul, though, so am grateful for the guidance.
I’m in exactly the same place as you and ran a bit extra but will heed the warnings and stick to the plan. Good luck, we can and we will do this!! 👍
