Well I never thought I'd get here. Being a 45 year old lifelong asthmatic that never ran in her life. I decided to graduate in style today. Nerve wracking but, I ran a complete 5k for charity today. In fact it was a little bit longer as we got lost haha. I didn't stop. I didn't need my inhaler and holy crap I feel amazing. To think that back on my W1R1 I thought I was going to die, to this, it's testament to the fact that this program has worked for me, and if I can do it.....
Big respect to everyone who decides to do this, and for those of you starting, you've got this! The hardest step is the first one.
I'm the sweaty one on the left π€£π

You can absolutely do this. I had my yearly asthma Review on Monday just past, and my peak flow has massively improved. The nurse said 'whose lungs did you borrow today?'
Congratulations to you UlsterDiva on graduating and completing C25K, nice photo of you and your friend.
