Yeah I’ve done it!! 30 min runs done !!

Can’t thank the whole experience enough. Hard tough tiring but what an amazing time. I’m fitter slimmer and feel I can do anything now!!

I only managed to do 4K in 30 mins but I’m working on that.

Are you a graduate after you’ve managed 5k in 30 mins? x

No you are not a graduate if you don't run a 5K in 30 minutes, you are a graduate when you run 3/30 minute runs non stop irrespective of distance.

Congratulations on completing C25K with week 9 run 3 and graduating, well done. To get your graduation badge and the word GRADUATE next to your username leave a message on the May graduate post in the pinned posts on the right side of the healthunlocked C25K home page and tell the administrators that you have ran W9R3 of C25K and graduated 🎓 🏃 😊

Well Done Marcos. Slimmer, Fitter and you, despite everything, put the hours of training in. You can now run, yes run for thirty minutes, non stop. Wow! You must be really happy.

Well done Marjos, this was me last week. Was walking on air and couldn't keep the smile off my face.

You're quite right, what a feeling!

Keep up the fantastic work you're doing.

Good luck!

You are definitely a graduate! I did 4k too last year. Celebrate 👏👏🍾🥂🎓

I graduated today, but only managed 3.7k in the 30 mins. it's achieving the 30mins running that counts..... well done for getting to 4k.

You're a graduate, for sure! I graduated today too and I didn't even hit 3K today (I kept slowing down to take photos which looking back was a bit silly of me!). Go get that shiny badge!

Congratulations Marjos - Awesome

I've just done wk9, r2 and while I can run for 30 mins (it's not pretty!) I am nowhere near achieving 5k. I was thinking I must be doing something wrong & was slowest runner ever. It's so reassuring to know that not everyone is achieving 5k :)

Marjos profile image
MarjosGraduate in reply to Ions123

I felt the same but when you realise it’s achievable but a little slower it doesn’t matter. You’re still part of this amazing road. Even if it’s a little shorter than the 5k x

Congrats Marjos - I too graduated this week and ran only just over 4K in the 30min. Well done and enjoy - if it makes you feel good, keep doing it :-)

Hi.

I have just graduated too.

Really struggled to finish but am going to try to continue to run 3times a week.

Thanks for all the support from everyone. It has really helped.
