Just completed my W9R3 and graduated. I’m so happy. This is my first post on here, all your posts over the last couple of months have really spurred me on and reassured me that speed doesn’t matter. Whilst I’ve certainly not covered 5k I can now happily run for 30 mins non stop and at 42 having never ever run before I’m over the moon. It’s really hilly where I live too so extra pleased with that, coming back downhill is always the best bit!
