Hi all I’ve started the training twice already, wanting to finally do some exercise having never ever been remotely “sporty. But, each time have given up after a few runs. Nevertheless, this morning I started again (run 1 of week 2) and this time (hopefully with the motivation from this group) I can see it through! I really want to now as I feel unhealthy and lazy and am starting to not fit into my clothes despite eating healthily - I guess I’ve hit the mid 20s slow down in my metabolic rate! Anyway, looking forward to running with you all.
