Problem with app - week 5 run 3

Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem and how I might fix it. Was all set to do week 5 run 3 but when I started it, it actually does the run from week 3 run 1! Was disappointed as had myself psyched up for attempting 20 minutes of running! I can’t see anywhere to report it or work out how I might fix it. Any ideas? Thank you!

Using an app or the podcast?

I find on the podcast on iPod , that at the end of the warmdown talk, Laura then starts the previous weeks talk. I stop her and go back a screen to a list of available weeks podcasts and choose there. Hope that helps. Don’t stop now though! Keep on running!

Hi, I’m using the app, on an iPhone. I just wondered there if changing coach would make any difference, so changed from Sarah to Jo and it worked! So that’s ok for now, although would quite like to let someone know about the glitch - not sure who to report to. Will have a search and see if I can find out! Thanks for your help though Hatman. I’ll be giving wk5 run 3 a go on Saturday!

Exactly the same thing happened with my husband yesterday. He was all ready for the W5R3 with Sarah but came back totally confused🤪 He managed to muddle through though. May get him to change his trainer for a while.

Yes it had me totally confused too and even stopped and checked in case I’d selected the wrong run! If your husband changes trainer for that run hopefully it’ll be ok! Good luck to him!

Hi Betty. Were you using Sarah Millican by any chance?

I had this happen to me with Sarah on week 5 run 3. I was very annoyed with her for ditching me on my big run and trying to take me backwards in the program!! However I was aware of the glitch, as others had posted about it before on the forum, and was able to overcome it. If you go into settings on the app and select another coach for that run, you should be ok and can go back to Sarah afterwards. I switched my coach to Michael Johnson for that run and it was fine. I forgave Sarah though and have been back with her ever since!! happy running 😀

Hi, yes I was running with Sarah but have changed it to Jo for now! It’s a pity, but I like Jo too so hopefully she’ll get me through this run and I’ll switch it back to Sarah afterwards. Thank you! 😊
