After my disastrous run/walk on Monday was feeling quite disheartened. Got up this morning not feeling very positive, but managed a 35 minute run and feel so much better. So glad I did it and didn’t get any pain in my knee, which is what stopped me running on Monday. Going to try this again on Friday. 😀🏃🏼♀️
