For anybody who saw my most recent post after my last run, THANKYOU! Your support was much appreciated. I have just completed week2 run2 and it was my best run yet! I am in quite a bad place at the minute. Just come back off my honeymoon and although I should be over the moon, I’m not. Ive put plenty of weight on and I’m feeling fat grumpy and just ugly. BUT I went out this evening with the dog and for the FIRST TIME YET I actually ran every run instead of ‘skipping bits’ and lying to myself. I am a sweaty mess but feeling much more positive. It was true what you all said about having some good runs and some bad runs and to keep at it. So Thankyou 😊

Week2 run3 and feeling MUCH HAPPIER
Well done, and don’t worry about those few pounds, i haven’t lost much weight in the 9 weeks we’ve been running but my waist is down 2 inches less and i can see the difference
Yes! Great running. The sweaty mess bit is well earned too! Keep the positive thinking up... you’re going to succeed. Enjoy week 3 and please keep telling us about it, rough or smooth... we got you.
Knew you could do it Rowey! Well done for persevering -
Keep it up and remember we’re all right there with you! Happy running!
Now that's no way to start married life feeling that way. I am sure you are not fat grumpy and ugly.
The hot sweaty mess sounds much more appealing especially when it's well earned. Keep it up !
Absolutely brilliant , we knew you could do it and yes I'm still a sweaty mess when I get back from a run bright tomato face to match. Well done you 😊
Well done you. I’ve started running with the dog and I have found she keeps me company and is a great partnership. Keep going you’ve got this.
Maybe plan something nice for you and hubby to enjoy together for your graduation
I am so pleased for you. You know if you're patient with yourself and keep at it this may be the making of you. As many of us have found, with the little improvements each week we end up achieving things we never thought we could and that in itself is incredibly empowering! It's a great feeling to be proud of what you've achieved and can do nothing but wonders for your physical and mental health. I'm looking forward to hearing more good things from you Rowey 👍😊🏃♀️x
