Well I repeatedW4 due to a calf strain and it was hard going. I think a lot of it was because I felt I was going backwards. Anyway my first 20 minute run is next and I think I’m looking forward to it 😱.
I love this forum, it’s great to see how people dread each longer run and then get through it.
