I’m giving it another go. After some health issues, and life disturbances lol,, I’m giving running another shot. Hopefully it’s going to stick this time. It’s been almost a year since I started couch to 5k, but I’m going to finish it if it’s the last thing I do!

Just take your time, if you struggle go back a week. Go slowly. The most important thing is you are trying to improve your fitness, sometimes it takes a bit of mental fortitude but hell if I can do it anyone can!
