So that dreaded day has arrived....first run of week 4 🤢🤢🤢 why am I scared of this....😬
I must get out today or it will totally mess up my weeks routine. Plus it doesn’t help that after spending most of the day gardening yesterday, my legs are like jelly.
I know, I’m looking for an excuse to postpone ha ha.
My inner voice is saying “what’s the worse thing that can happen?, you stop halfway through, have to do it again. But also you could actually do this 🙌🏃♀️.

Totally agree with ButtercupKid - slow slow slow! I also find concentrating on my breathing calms me down and even if that takes a while - by the time you've thought about it your rhythm will become steady and you will have travelled a bit further and the time will have gone by...Good luck you'll be so chuffed when you've done it! x
The crazy ear worm 🐛 voice you can hear in your head is really encouraging you on, and so are we! Go for it! Week 4 isn’t so bad, or so many people wouldn’t have got beyond it! 😊😉
At least your inner voice is positive... mine spent weeks trying to talk me out of running 😂. Listen to that voice all the time that it’s positive... you can do this.
