I made it , 20 mins and it feels good, when that voice said well done your halfway through I thought there’s no way I’m going to finish this but suddenly that same voice said 15 mins gone and I still felt ok. I’m actually looking forward to Wk6.

Congratulations Gingeral57 on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K. Onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks 🚶 and runs 🏃
