This is my last attempt to complete C25K if I don’t do it this time I’m giving up I lose motivation and I think it’s because I can’t fit the runs in but I read a ladies post this morning that’s given me motivation she runs to fit runs in sometimes only twice a week it has really encouraged me

Keep going, you can do this. I know it’s difficult fitting in the runs but it’s worth it. Trust me.

The lovely people on this fantastic forum will be here for you all the way. I know because I’ve done it and it works. Good luck and keep us posted. 👍

Good luck. I think we all struggle to find time on occasion. Just remind yourself that in the context of Couch to 5 k, a "week" isn't 7 days, it's however long it takes you to successfully complete three runs. In my case "Week"2 took me almost 8 months to complete due to injury.

It's just a case of doing what you can, when you can. There are no time limits or expiry dates to completing it.

Good luck with it- its not easy. Its a tough nut to crack but honestly, it'll be worth it in the end though. I've been up and down the weeks due to my health so I haven't completed the 9 weeks yet. I hovered on week 1 for about a month until my breathing was right. Then I moved on and hovered on weeks 3 & 4 for a few weeks until I felt ready to move on. I even bounced back to week 5 at one point because there was a week or so where I couldn't run and i felt like the week I was on was too much. Its just about listening to your body. I'm starting back at week 1-2 next week as I've been off my feet for a month but I think I'll rally through the weeks this time. Enjoy the journey!

You GO GO GO. it will all be worth it in the end. My mojo has got up and gone due to injury but if you complete you'll inspire me to pick up where I left off. Good luck.
