W7r1 done

Really pleased at how far I have come, can't believe I'm on week 7 already, its gone so quick. Tired to concentrate on my breathing this morning after watching a u tube video at the weekend explaining how to do it frome your stomach instead of your chest.... Really found this difficult maybe I'm still not doing it right! Anyway I complete Ted the run and I feel great. Love running early in the morning and this morning I saw a fox and some rabbits lol its becoming a nature hunt 🦊🐇

Well done you... just run and breathe as you do all the time. Relax and stay slow and steady. if you are struggling then slow down even more. The lovely longer runs are perfect for that and you get to see even more wonderful wildlife too!!! x

Thank you, I'm not a fast runner anyway lol although I have caught myself speeding up now and then and remind myself I need to slow down a bit if I want to make it to the end.

Sorry for all the errors in my post lol I did it without my glasses on haha
