Another attempt at trying to get under 30mins today really thought I was going to do it but with 2 mins to go started to retch and felt proper rough, knew I had gone to hard in the middle, had a terrible stitch and had to walk, would have it done it otherwise. Still enjoyed it and I will get there, just motivates me even more. I can tell I am getting fitter every week. Hope everybody has had a good run today!

Awesome run. Relax about that 30 minutes... it’s coming... new runners can slice minutes off their time without too much effort. Have a couple of relaxed slower runs to leave something in the legs and then try again... learn a slightly slower pace, use that in the first mile, then steady in mile 2... and unleash the beast a little in the 3rd one.

Consolidating is spending some time getting comfortable with the 30 minute runs. Then move on to progress further. Gives your body a chance to catch up.
