Depends how I feel. Sometimes I listen to the Infinite Monkey Cage podcast, sometimes music, sometimes guided runs on the Nike Run Club app, but lately it’s been the story Missions on the Zombies, Run app with music in the background 🧟♂️ 🧟♀️ 🎧 🏃♀️
I usually listen to audiobooks, which keep me entertained on long runs. Sometimes having a good book makes me go out for a run- only get to listen if I run I am a bit of a radio 4 junkie and lots of good podcasts. Sometimes I like music and spotify have many good playlists already set up and finally, sometimes it's nice to run naked (that is without anything in your ears . I guess what I am saying is that variety is the spice of life!
I’ve been loving the Feel Better Live More podcasts - there’s lots of them and a variety of subjects but based around health and general wellbeing. I find that I’m in a positive state and receptive to new info and how to make better choices.
Tough Girl podcast. Pick the ones that appeal. Episode 184 about Allie Bailey an ‘accidental’ runner turned ultra runner is a good one. Also Free Weekly Timed - all about park run.
