Hi
Someone mentioned ages ago on here and app/podcast to take you from 5k-10k but you did two short runs in the week and a longer run at the weekend...
However after looking for ages for it I can't find it could anyone help?
Thanks
Becky

Or suggest another podcast that does the same i want to build up to 10k but don't have time to run 3x60mins a week
Thanks again
I think you can either use the B210K podcasts that introduce intervals again over a set number of weeks, or you can try to get to the 10k distance yourself by mixing up your three runs in the week. Most seem to do one speed (using the c25+ podcast) then a 5k in 30 mins, then increase your 30 min/5k run by 10% each week for the long and slow one. It just depends I think if you want the structure of a programme like Laura's or if you prefer to do at your own pace.
I need a structure but can't do the B210k as that's 3x60 a week !
There are lots of written plans on the 'net if you're happy to time yourself. I used the BUPA Beginner 10K plan, but started at week 3: bupa.co.uk/running/training...
I replaced one of the 'Run 30 minutes continuously' sessions with the 5K+ Speed podcast, (ie intervals session) and used my own music for the others, simply timing my runs with an ordinary watch.
I've seen 5K -10K apps online too but haven't used one.
