I have just started my teacher training year and I am SHATTERED! I haven't run for 2 weeks due to being bogged down with planning and uni work. I was due to finish week 6 and start week 7 when I stopped... Not sure where to lift off again. I had finished with Laura as the music wasn't motivating me as much as my own does.
I have compiled a playlist so I can walk for 5 mins , run for 20 and walk home for 5.... so effectively week 5 r3.
Do you think this is a good idea? I am scared I have completely lost my fitness I spent so long building up!

Hi. I had a 5 week break from an ankle injury and I was up to where you were. I did 1 w3 run then a w4 run then started again at w5 and its all gone well so far Good luck x
If you have been busy and active over the two weeks you won't have lost much fitness at all, just give it a try and if you don't manage to run for the full 20 minutes just try and finish with as brisk a walk as possible. You'll soon be able to extend it after a run or two if thats the case. Good luck with it and with Uni too.
