So yesterday I should of done my run I wasn’t feeling to good yesterday and I got home from work got in my pjs and rested I’m feeling much better today I’ve had my tea about 4ish so I’m waiting till about half 6 then run time 🏃‍♀️

Hi

I’m feeling very tired today but I’m meeting my friend at 7 for our run. Unfortunately it’s week5 run3 and so I’m dreading it as I had such a bad sleep last night - wasn’t going to go but can’t do one Friday Saturday or Sunday so feel I should at least attempt it ! Wish I’d gone yesterday now - might not manage 20 but try 15 !!! Do you run outside or on treadmill - which run are you doing tonight ?

I’m running outside I don’t have a treadmill. I was the same Tuesday night wasn’t well and worked all day Wednesday I just didn’t have any energy. Just take your time and see how you go 😊

Yeah I won’t I’m just going to run 30 mins 3 times a week for a month or so and build up my pace 😊
