I’m in! Child free and with a couple of hours to kill. It’s an extra run on my plan so NRC will tell me off, but it’s only going to be a slight increase (literally half a mile) on what I did last week, so no danger of breaking the 10% rule. See you there.

My sincerest apologies to everyone - I woke up part way through the night with the most dreadful cold and haven't moved from the sofa all day. Hope you all had a good run - very disappointed that I didn't get to meet you all.
