First time in nearly a year

It seems ages since I posted on here. It’s just under a year ago June last year was when I did my knee in. Trying to be clever and doing too much in one go which completely put me out of commission. Well I’m going to give it another go so today’s the day when I start again new Trainers have arrived and Laura’s back on my phone so fingers crossed my knee holds out 🤞

Welcome back. Thanks for posting, a salutary lesson for beginners and experienced runners. Keep it slow and steady, stick to the plan, take your rest days. Fatigue and injury being the main cause for people having to stop/give up. So says me into my 4th week on the IC with a pulled muscle!! Good luck, I'm sure you'll do it this time!
