I used the couch to 5k plus stepping stones podcast for my run this morning, I couldn't keep up the pace and stopped running 2 minutes from the end. Although, in the real spirit of couchto5k, I did 28 minutes!
I really want to work on my pace to get closer to 5k in 30 minutes but that was tough.

I have done consolidation runs using the week 9 run 3, every other day, however have got a bit bored. I thought I would try this podcast using the link in the what next guidance, it's aim is to up your pace after completing the couch to 5k plan. I was just a bit too much for me and on reflection going to try again next week and see how I get on.
The C25K+ runs can take a bit of getting used to but well done for the 28 minutes, that's fab! I really like Stepping Stones and Stamina and still use them. I still fear Speed
