Starting tomorrow. Tried to start at the beginning of the year but had really bad health problems and was unable to but this is it tomorrow is a new start, I am over weight unfit and can’t look at myself in the mirror in the morning and it can’t go on. I need to do this for myself

It's the best thing I ever did, and I've done a lot of stuff.
You can do it! Get all your kit ready today so you dont waste time tomorrow looking for socks or a t-shirt or an excuse not to go! Download the app and then do as you are told by your coach.
Take it slow and steady and be kind to yourself.
I'm starting w5 and still can't believe I'm doing this but I am and it's made a difference to how I feel about myself, mentally and physically.
