Silly phone. Temporarily in fife helping daughter and husband with arrival of 3rd child. Took myself off on a run, unchartered territory, only to trip over a loop of bramble. Fortunately only a slight sprained left wrist and my pride slightly damaged.

Beautiful scenery albeit a bit chilly.
