Body bag!

So , last week was my w3 and I thought I've got this running thing in the bag. Today I did w4 r1 and I need a body bag!

Oh my, what a step up. I found it very hard work but amazingly I managed it. My running speed is very slow but I plan to follow the programme to the end of w9 and then think how to improve my speed.

At the moment I just want to get to the end alive!

As you say, the important thing is to keep going and get to the end of it, without worrying about pace or distance covered.

Good luck, i’m sure the next one will be easier. 😊

C25K should really be called ‘learn to run for 30 minutes at whatever speed you can’ but understandably they went with the sexier title! So that’s exactly the focus you should have, not to worry about how slow, but duration. When you’ve consolidated after graduation you can work on your pace or adding duration.

It's not easy but the program works. You'll be fine.

Youre doing great! Keep it slow and steady and then go slower! Trust the plan cos it works. Every run and every week prepares you for the next. Youll be fine!!

Well done! You made and that’s what counts.

I’m on w3 run 2 tomorrow. 😬 Alive is good, will hold that thought for next week. Happy running 🏃‍♀️
